I went down into the Sea of Cortez, all right, and, gratefully, I have not remained forever a part of it! I had flown into Guaymas Mexico in Sonora and visited the hospitals on a volunteer mission with Phoenix surgeon Steve Flynn. We then went out into the Sea of Cortez in Baja California, plunging deep into the cold water and seeing marine mammals as well as fish and lobsters in the green dark waters. Coming up after the dive, I am seen here with a characteristic reaction after "being under a lot of pressure"; "OK, when do we eat?"
