Dear Friends,
I am sure you all must be getting ready and looking forward to our trip.
Here is a final update on your arrival in New Delhi, pick up, travel and
our clinic sites.
We are a small group of 8 for this camp. Sabrina, Tsuyoshi and Laurie have
different arrival dates. I have made independent arrangements for your pick
up and travel from New Delhi to Dharamsala. Laurie Norcross has already
arrived in Dharamsala for her 10 day meditation camp prior to our camp.
Tsuyoshi will be joining you all on the morning of April 20th in New Delhi
and Sabrina will follow us to Dharamsala a day later.
Please find and follow Dr. Glenn Geelhoed, he will join you in Frankfurt on
Lufthansa Flight # 760. He knows his way around pretty well, after making
approximately 16 trips to the Himalayas.
Please carry this information until you have boarded your flight from the
US. Incase of any problems while checking in your baggage or with flight
arrangements you must call Mr. Atam Sikri @ 770‑939‑8889.
Our clinic sites will be Sherabling Monastery and a village ( Barot)
further out in the Dhauladhar range. A turn over of approximately 1200
patients is expected on both camps. Three local doctors will join us during
our clinic days.
Dr. Glenn Geelhoed will decide on daily daily assignments and rotations. I
will provide you with daily updates during your stay.
If you have any questions, please call me in the next 24 hours, I fly out
tomorrow April 11 and will see you in Dharamsala on the 20th.
