Subject: TRAVEL INFORMATION
Dear Friends,
Here is some important travelrelated information.
Baggage: You are allowed two full size bags as checkins and one carry on.
weight of each bag cannot be more than 70lbs or 32 kgs. Check in: Please arrive
3 hours prior to flight departure. To ensure that your baggage does not get
delayed, ask the check in clerk for priority tag on your checked in bags.
Incase you have any problems with check in, please contact Krisbi Travels
@ 770‑939‑8889 and ask for Mr. Atam Sikri or Mrs. Meena.
Carry On: Carry an extra change of clothes and your toiletries, should your
baggage get delayed.
Connecting Flights: Most of you are flying Lufthansa except for Keith Bair
and Dr. William Norton ( Air France). Dr. Glenn Geelhoed will be boarding
the same Flight ( Lh 760 ) from Frankfurt. Dr. Geelhoed has flown about 30
times with us and knows his way around. Please track him down in Frankfurt
and follow him out as you arrive in Delhi.
Missed/delayed flights: Incase you miss your connecting flight or your flight
gets delayed, please contact us in Atlanta or call someone in the US who can
call and leave a message on the machine, your message will be relayed to
us in India and we can make special arrangements for your pick up. Your emergency
contact numbers in India are given below.
Delayed Baggage: Incase your baggage gets delayed. Please authorize Mr. Rajesh
Mahajan ( Ambassador Travels) for release when it arrives in New Delhi. Mr
Mahajan works for Ambassador travels. Street address of Ambassador Travels,
if required by your airlines for baggage release:60 Regal Building, Sansad
Marg , New Delhi 110001.
Pick Up In New Delhi: Please look out for a placard or sign reading Himalayan
Health exchange in the reception area after clearing customs. One of our staff
member ( Mr. Hem Singh Thakur ) will receive you upon your arrival and help
you with transfer to the hotel and he will accompany you all the way to Shimla,
the following morning.
Overnight in New Delhi: Your overnight stay has been arranged at Hotel Ajanta.

The hotel has international dialing facility, cyber cafe and foreign exchange
facilities.
