My apologies for being slow in getting this information to you. And I hope
that I have the right med school email‑‑I'll put your other gw email in the
to: line in case I'm mistaken on the med school email.
The program is prepared to grant you an MPhil for the work that you have done.
Congratulations on that! You will need, however, to fill out the form for
the MPhil, which is available both at the Human Sciences Office (2035 F Street
NW) and the Student Services Center in Phillips Hall. The HMSC office is
closed tomorrow, but open today.
