AT THE LAST MINUTE AND FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW,

HAROLYN JOHNSON CANCELS THE MALAWI TRIP

Dear Dr Geelhoed,

I actually received a call from Ms Johnson about cancelling her flight. I advised her that it is refundable since she has not used her ticket at all. I have advised her to send me an email as we need something in writing that she is indeed requesting that her reservations be cancelled. I have also asked her to send me back the ticket (via DHL or Fedex to avoid it getting lost) so that we can process the refund. There is however a $50 cancellation fee. The remaining value of her ticket will be credited back to your credit card.

I am just awaiting her email and will process the refund as soon as I have the ticket. I hope I answered your question. If you need anything else, do let me know.

Regards,

Yael
