The following are the plans and contact points for the next month's travel arrangements and transhipment of sporting equipment for the Alaska adventure:
THE INDEPENDENT TRAVEL OF THE WEATHERBY .340 RIFLE FROM CO- - MD
I have phoned this information to your voicemail, but to confirm the shipment of the rifle, two scopes (quick release) sling and ammo along with the Kolpin Gun boot in which it had been stored with its lock and key will be coming from Garth Brothers, Vail CO (970/468- 1340).
The FFL certificate should be mailed to Reg Franciose, 2010 Vermont Rd. E 1/2, Vail, CO 81657 (970/479- 7918 H, 970/479- 5039 W)

Craig and I will come out as soon as the Weatherby arrives to pack it into the traveling gun vault in which we had already checked these same rifles in with us to Kamchatka, via Moscow in the spring of 2000.
TRAVEL PLANS FOR CRAIG AND ME TO BE TRAVELING TO AND IN ALASKA
We will then be going to Western Alaska September 2- - 16 under Borealis Outdoor Adventures, Christian Elwell guide, 446 Ellis Hollow Creek Road, Ithaca, NY 14856(607/539- 6921)
Craig and I will be flying out of IAD and returning to it around the first two weeks of September according to the following schedule:
9/2 Tues. Cont Air 2353 9:00 AM IAD- - EWR
Cont Air 1073 3:55 PM EWR- - ANC, arriving at 7:30 PM
9/3 Wed Pen Air ANC- - Nunyiak, AK, and then bush plane (Helio) to Borealis Outdoor Adventure Base Camp and upriver spike camps
9/16 Tues. Cont Air 1280 4:50 PM ANC via SEA connecting through flight 1280 to EWR arriving EWR 5:40 AM 9/17 Wed
9/17 Wed. Cont Air 7:00 AM EWR- - IAD 8:00 AM returning to Derwood and Trappe
TRAVEL PLANS FOR GWG TO HAITI AND LADAKH AND LINGSHED, INDIA
Between now and this takeoff time, I will be in Haiti (see Jun- B- 2) June 7- - 14, and in India July 17- - August 24 (Ladakh 7/17- - 30, Lingshed 7/31- - 8/22) with Himalayan Health Exchange (Ravi Singh 404/929- 9399) SEE ITINERARY, as well as phone contact points, attached (below)

Your international flight tickets have been mailed out. You should receive them by May 30th. Please send in a confirmation of receipt as soon you receive them.

Baggage: You are allowed two full size bags as check- ins and one carry on. Maximum weight of each check- in bag should not exceed 70lbs or 32 kgs.

Overnight In Delhi: If you have a longer layover of more than 6 hours we will make arrangements for you to go to a hotel to rest for a few hours. If less than 6 hours, Ambassador travel will help with your transfer direct to the domestic terminal.
