Dear Rick Hodes,
It will be great to have you with us on March 18, 2006
to be recognized by
the Medical Mission Hall of Fame as a 2006
Awardee. You will be joining the
distinguished company of those awardees including
Dr. Glenn Geelhoed who have
proceeded you.
In order that you may be
appropriately introduced would you
be so kind as to send me a narrative biography in addition to your CV?
If
you have any significant problems in creating a narrative biography,
please let
me know and we
will endeavor to create one from your CV. We would deeply
appreciate if you would also send us a head shot
photograph for inclusion in
the
Commemorative Program. Inasmuch
as Glenn is familiar with your
requirements I am confident that we will have no
problem meeting them.
Congratulations to you on being the recipient of this
highest honor in
medical mission activity. It is most appropriate that you be so
recognized for
