ATTEMPTS TO MERGE AT LEAST SIX DIFFERENT VENUES, ITINERARIES

AND TRAVEL OBJECTIVES INTO A SINGLE FALL TRIP

I had called you to tell of the complex itinerary I need to get several trips coordinated for the fall. I had asked for your email to get started on stringing these itineraries together, since you might well imagine what kind of coordination is necessary, simply to have the right bag with the right clothes and equipment pre-positioned in various airports will require!

I will be going from DCA on the late afternoon of Sep. 10 to Grand Rapids Michigan, leaving there just at noon on Sept 12 for Boston to arrive in late afternoon.

I then leave from Boston on Saturday Sep 15( morning to afternoon, whenever a trans-Atlantic departure can be booked) for (presumably FRA to DEL) to do first, the Spiti, Himachal trip, then Oct.1--7, the Kathmandu to Lukla, Nepal trip, bailing out of the Everest trek at Namche Bazar on October 7 to return to the US at New Orleans by October 8 or 9.

I would leave New Orleans on Thursday Oct 11 to Denver, CO, and return to DC on the evening of Oct 18, Thursday.

Now I know it will take many phone calls and fax drafts before this big itinerary is cut, but I wanted to get an early start on it because of the itineraries you see attached, that somehow have to be strung together.
