Dear Dr. Geelhoed:

Would it be possible for you to consider joining us as a guest lecturer

on the trip immediately preceding the one you already agreed to? The

dates would be February 21‑28, 2003. The itinerary would include Cancun;

Cozumel; Progresso for Chichen Itza, Uxmal, and Kabah; Campeche for

Edzna, Sayil, and Labna; and Ciudad del Carmen for Palenque.

We would again ask for three lectures, but they could be the same as the

ones you would be giving on the next trip February 28‑March 7, as we

would expect different clients on the two trips. The terms would be the

same: You could bring a guest or receive a $1,000 honorarium. All the

same conditions apply with the cruise, the flight, the tours and

excursions, port charges, taxes, and all gratuities being complimentary

for you and a guest.

Would you please let me know as soon as possible. We hope you can join

us for this trip as well.
