Subject: Re: We are looking forward to seeing you in Cange!
Dear Dr. Farmer; Thanks for cc'ng me on this. As you know, I head a new dept. of tropical medicine at GWU, where we are interested in developing new drug and vaccine products for disease in developing countries (home of the human hookworm vaccine initiative). I am a great admirer of yours (as well as of Glenn) and look forward to meeting you one day! My understanding is that Glenn will work out some details with you when he is in Haiti this weekend. Best regards, Peter Hotez

I had forwarded through Marie the details of our arrival to be working in
Monmart in Thumonde with a Cange visit. I attach the dramatis personnae, and am
carrying hospital‑type supplies and only journals from 2004, as well as our
residual medical supplies from our outpatient clinics along with an inventory of
their fresh drug dates.
